While working with customers, I am constantly learning about their needs and managing inquiries that arise. As a result, I have included a list of frequently asked questions along with answers in order to provide additional support. If your question isn’t addressed below, get in touch with me and I will provide the information you need

Newsletter will consist of:

  1. Monthly releases (Hype, Overseas,etc)

  2. Monthly events (If any)

  3. Raffle announcements (Last raffle winner, current raffle prize)

  4. Updates regarding Website & Brand

  5. Newsletter is ONLY available through subscription

ORDERING PROCESS

ALL KICKZ AND SNEAKERZ CLOTHING IS MADE TO ORDER!!!

The clothing campaign runs a week long, unless otherwise stated. During that window you can order at any time. Once you order you will be charged.

PRODUCTION DOES NOT START UNTIL THE CAMPAIGN ENDS!!!

After the campaign ends, production starts and will take up to 2 weeks to complete. Once production is complete and order is shipped, the customer will then receive an e-mail with tracking information.

SHOE PURCHASES

1. All shoes are authentic & in deadstock condition, unless otherwise stated.
2. Prices are as stated, no negotiating
3. Shoes ship within 1-2 business days
4. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!

No returns or exchanges. Refunds are ONLY processed based on fulfillment errors on our end, such as items being out of stock or incorrectly shipped.


Feel free to contact us regarding questions & sizing before committing to purchase. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping time varies, it usually takes 1-2 business days to get the customers item(s) packaged and labeled by the shipping department. The goal is to get them to you as quickly and safe as possible. Once an order is shipped, the customer will then receive an e-mail with tracking information.

Please make sure you have the correct shipping address before checking out as that is the address we will ship to.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


International customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes after an item ships.

RETURNED MAIL


Any mail that is returned to our company the customer will be responsible for paying shipping cost again.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (‪1-800-275-8777‬).

Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
