SNEAKER SERVICES

  • THE SERVICE IS A DROP-OFF & PICK-UP BASED

  • MUST SCHEDULE AT LEAST 3 HOURS IN ADVANCE

  • PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE WORK IS DONE 

  • SERVICES WILL BE PROVIDED AS DISCUSSED...NOTHING MORE AND NOTHING LESS

  • 48 HOUR TURNAROUND TIME UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE (shoe deoxidation process is stated to be 10 day turnaround)

  • PLEASE RESPECT TIME AGREED UPON AND ARRIVE PROMPTLY FOR DROP-OFF/PICK-UP OF SNEAKERS

  • I WILL DO MY BEST, BUT I AM NO MAGICIAN....SOME STAINS ARE HERE TO STAY.

REFUND POLICY

  • ALL SERVICE AND PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL!!!

  • No refunds, returns or exchanges.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping time varies, it usually takes 1-2 business days to get the customers item(s) packaged and labeled by the shipping department. The goal is to get them to you as quickly and safe as possible. Once an order is shipped, the customer will then receive an e-mail with tracking information.

Please make sure you have the correct shipping address before checking out as that is the address we will ship to.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


International customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes after an item ships.

RETURNED MAIL


Any mail that is returned to our company the customer will be responsible for paying shipping cost again.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (‪1-800-275-8777‬).

Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
